This section focuses on Tennis Volleys and Overhead shots.  The volley is a very important shot to learn because a correctly struck volley will end in a point.  When coming to the net you are trying to end the point quickly.  Volleys are easier said than done because they can come at you at a variety of speeds and heights, resulting in a variety of techniques for the shot.  Adding to the complexity of the shot is that you will have much less time to react to the to the tennis ball as it comes towards you.  Because the contact heights vary so much it will look like the shots are different but there are certain fundamentals for every volley shot.

These videos will teach the fundamentals for the Forehand Tennis Volley and the Backhand Tennis Volley.  Included in each section is information on the correct grip and the fundamentals of hitting a correct volley.  The last section teaches the fundamentals of the Tennis Overhead shot.
