When you hit the tennis ball on your dominant side you are hitting the Tennis forehand.
That would be the right hand side for a right handed player and the left hand
side for a left handed player. The
forehand is usually the shot that every player develops first. It’s also where the bad habits start.
These tennis forehand videos will teach you the fundamental techniques that every
professional uses when they hit a forehand shot. Watch the videos in order so you have a thorough
understanding of everything that goes in to hitting a solid tennis forehand. Start with the grips, move on to the
fundamentals and then to the practice techniques. The more advanced techniques for the
windshield wiper technique and others are listed last. These videos feature examples of the correct forehand technique from Professional Tennis players Gael Monfils, Andy Roddick, Marat Safin, Frank Salazar, Sacha Jones, Oliver Akli and Hyung Taik-Lee.
